Positions

1. Senior Technical Writer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team. This role will be responsible for researching, creating, and maintaining high-quality content that caters to our diverse audience of SMBs, IT professionals, and technology enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit engaging and informative content on various topics, such as B2B software, SaaS, business tools, smart gadgets, security & privacy.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure the content aligns with our style guidelines and quality standards and meets the needs of our target audience.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, easy-to-understand articles, tutorials, and guides for a broad audience.
• Regularly update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to produce current and relevant content.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of proven experience in technical writing
• Strong understanding of B2B software, Software concepts, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for a diverse audience.
• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimizing content for search engines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A portfolio of published technical articles, tutorials, or guides demonstrating your expertise in the required domain.
